For more than 100 years our smoked sausage has been produced in small handcrafted batches. We make our links with selected cuts of fresh pork, beef and chicken, with no fillers or cereal. The taste is unique and comes from our custom blend of sage, nutmeg, pepper, garlic and salt. After stuffing the casings, the links are hardwood smoked to create the signature Virginia Sausage taste. The same taste that Grandma served when you were a kid.
Due to perishability we only ship these items on Monday through Wednesday with the exception of 3 day select which only ships Monday and Tuesday.
